Turnaround Time
Once your order has been submitted, turnaround time begins when your print-ready files have been uploaded to your account, attached to your print job and approved for printing. If you ordered a proof, your turnaround time begins when we receive approval of your proof.
If your job is approved by 11 am (PST), we begin calculating the turnaround time from that business day. For example, a print job, with a two-day turnaround time, that has been approved by 11 am (PST) on Monday will be shipped or be ready for pick-up by 5 PM (PST) on Wednesday.
Turnaround time for jobs with approved payment and accepted print-ready files is guaranteed.
Note: Turnaround time does not include shipping or mailing transit time. You should allow additional business days for delivery based on the shipping or mailing method that you selected.
Same-Day Printing
Your print order must be placed and all files must be uploaded to your account, attached to your print job and approved for printing by 9 AM (PST). If an order qualifies for Same-Day Printing turnaround, it will be shipped or be ready for pick-up by 5 PM (PST) on the same business day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays for Same-Day Printing turnaround will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that Blue Bee Printing is closed Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. These days are not considered when calculating turnaround time.
