Proofs
We offer three types of proofs of your job. All proofs are sent to your billing address unless specifed otherwise.
Free Instant Online PDF: The fastest turnaround and/or if you are an experienced user.
Standard Hardcopy Proof: If you need the most accurate color proof to assure a high-quality job.
Next-Day Hardcopy Proof: If you need the most accurate color proof to assure a high-quality job by the next day, sent via Federal Express. You must have successfully uploaded and attached a file(s) to your order by 1 PM (PST) in order to ensure a next-day delivery. If you ordered a product which includes an Emailed PDF Proof for approval, the PDF Proof must be approved before we produce a Hardcopy Proof. This provides you with a last-minute opportunity to review your file before the Hard Copy Proof is produced and shipped to you.
We reserve the right to charge an additional $15.00 for extra Next Day Air proofs.
Your turnaround time begins when we receive approval of your Instant Online Proof or Emailed PDF Proof. If you ordered a Hard Copy Proof, your turnaround time begins when we receive approval of the proof.
Please note that the proofing process can delay the turnaround time of your print job.
